Wii do. But we don’t. [ Story : CrunchGear ]  Even the gun-banning, funny-talkin’ Australians and Europeans are embracing Sega’s new gun shell for the Wii:

But you can’t get one in the U.S.

Maybe one day you will, but I’m guessing it’ll be bright orange with a big banner that pops out the top every time you pull the trigger reading “TOY GUN” in three languages.

Despite our most paranoic precautions, some idiot will paint one black and try and knock over a bank with it.  And they’ll get shot with a real gun wielded by some uniformed hero who will have his conscience scarred by the incident, and his character muddied by armchair-quarterbacking pacifists.  And somebody will blame the toy gun.

So which is more childish: Our toy guns, or our reaction TO them?
