Consumers outraged at banks, but cool with Uncle Sam...

Annual Fees: Debit Card – $36 ; US Gov’t – $17,000

WASHINGTON, DC [JG]  The latest Facebook outrage involves feigned indignity that some banks charge between three and five dollars a month for ATM fees.

The result is an annual household charge of up to $60.  Meanwhile, the federal government is charging nearly $60,000 per household, or over $17,000 per every man, woman, and Chaz in the country.

Bank ATM Fees ... this is an outrage!

Bank critics fuel this fire by pointing out that the banks may rake in as much as $3,000,000,000.00 per year through these fees.  That IS a huge amount of money.  It takes the federal government nearly an hour to spend that much arming Mexican drug cartels, funding green-energy scams, and paying the tuitions of illegal aliens.

You should be outraged, but not at your banker.  It’s bad enough we’re losing our money.  Let’s not lose our perspective, too…

The banks can keep all the $3 fees they ever took, but I’d really like to get the $ hundreds of thousands the fed govt stole from my income returned. When will that happen?
