Sheboygan, WI [JG] A passenger shuttlebus stopped for both sets of railroad tracks on North Avenue today, because the law says they have to. The lady behind them apparently wasn’t aware of that law.
She is now.

Bonus irony: the cop who tended to the resulting collision parked (awww, you guessed) right on the railroad tracks.
Thank you government, for making life safer for everybody. And funnier for cartoonists…

Are you sure about that? I thought they had to stop BEFORE the tracks… not ON them.

Stopping before the second set parks ‘em on the first.
Even coming to a stop just BEFORE a single-set of tracks ensures the bus will spend a lot more time ON those tracks than if they’d just driven across at traffic speed, like the rest of us.
