Washington, DC [JG]  The Supreme Court dusted off that Constitution-thingy, and has ruled unanimously that the gummint needs warrants to plant GPS tracking devices on us, per that pesky Fourth Amendment.

Ha!  Take THAT feds!  The only way you’ll be able to track our whereabouts without a warrant now would be to trick us into all carrying around some sort of GPS-enabled electronic gizmos that–
