Milwaukee [JG]  If I’d made this up, my mailbox would be crammed with “RACIST!” rants.  Even more than usual, I mean.

But yeah, there’s an “Occupy the Hood” movement:

Ostensibly, participants in this movement would, instead of going to school or work, hang around in public streets and parks complaining about “the Man” and demanding more public benefits.

“Occupy the Hood” was, by my reckoning, begun in 1967…
