President Obama, please order the U.S. Navy to immediately deploy a rescue vessel to scour the southern Pacific in search of seven castaways, thought marooned or stranded on a deserted island.
According to a multi-part television documentary, their ship had set out for sail one day for a three-hour tour. That’s right: a three-hour tour.
But apparently the weather started getting rough, and their tiny ship was tossed. Were it not for the bravery of Captain Jonas Grumby and First Mate William Gilligan, the boat might never have made it to dry land.
