At least the Obama Administration is consistent.
Now they’re allowing drilling in the Gulf of Mexico AND in the Armed Forces.
The moratorium on deep-water drilling has been lifted, and so apparently has the military’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy, implemented during the Democrat reign of Bill “Drill Here*, Drill Now” Clinton. [*That's innuendo, having nothing to do with oil. Sure, YOU knew that. Just getting everyone ELSE caught up. -ed]
Northern Alaska NOR America’s Siberian Dakota Plains, AND having forced gays in the military to keep their orifices shut, the leftist government found itself at odds with the leftist environmental activists and leftist homosexual contingents. So how did leftist Obama deal with all this?
He left.
He left the gulf to return it to the oil drillers, and he left a lower-court judge to declare “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” to be unconstitutional by fiat. Then he left to play golf.
Looks like His O-liness is getting good at leaving. Get lots of practice, Barry. You’re leaving for good in 2012…

Wow, just wasted 3 minutes of my life reading this mindless drivel. Does the “Scoff” do any journalism work? If the internet stopped working would you have any clue how to get your news? This is not news it is an opinion piece with no facts or evidence collected from the author except through regurgitating a headline he may have seen and decided to cut and paste.

Oh, c’mon. Be honest.
Admit it: it took you WAY more than three minutes to read. Some of those words were REALLY big. Tag on the half hour or so it took you to compose your reply, and you’ve devoted a good chunk of your day to the Daily Scoff.
