Today’s JSOnline story about Barrett lying about the crime statistics in Milwaukee isn’t surprising to anybody who’s been paying attention to the guy.  In fact, if you Google “Tom Barrett” and “lies”, you get over one and a half million returns.  Topping them is this article, written last month by our friend Jim Widgers– Wigjer– Wigglesworth–  ah hell, a guy named Jim:
